Madjek is a family owned and operated business based in Silverton, Oregon. We have been in the inflatable ride business for almost 20 years. Formerly named The Inflatable Experience, Madjek, Inc was formed in 2006 and named after the initials of the original Kohl family – Mike, Andrew, Dawn, Jenna, Erica, Kohl.
We offer a vast selection of popular inflatable jumps, slides, and obstacle courses. Over the years, our company has grown to include rock walls, bungee jumps, mechanical bulls, and various interactive games and rides. Additionally, we have over 20 years of experience in the tent rental business. We offer a variety in tent sizes, styles and colors. We are constantly expanding our inventory to meet our customer’s needs.
We specialize in festivals, corporate events, and local fairs. We work with many schools, churches, and fundraisers. (See testimonials). We do parties, weddings and reunions. Madjek is licensed and insured and has clean, modern equipment.

Andrew Kohl
I am just your regular, easy-going guy. I was born in California and grew up in Silverton, Oregon. After graduating high school, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University. I later went to work with my father in his Christmas tree and pumpkin patch business in Southern California. Through the years, the ride aspect of the business grew into a full-time business of its own and I became a partner. I am married and live in Tualatin, Oregon with my wife, Megan and son Eli.
Two things about me – I am very competitive and I enjoy having fun. I love sports of all kinds -especially snowmobiling, wakeboarding, and playing basketball. As part owner of Madjek, it is my goal to provide competitive pricing, while giving our customers a fun and memorable experience.
Mike Kohl
I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Oregon almost 28 years ago. I have been self-employed for the past 30 years, owning various retail businesses. My primary business has been growing Christmas trees in Oregon and retailing them in Southern California. At the peak of tree sales, we operated 18 different locations and wholesaled to numerous other clients. That required more tents. Next came the decision to start retail pumpkin lots. That required rides for the kids. Next, we opened a retail fireworks business in Oregon, and that required more tents AND more rides! This increasing inventory sparked an idea and we realized the need for a year round rental business. We began updating and expanding our inventory and formally entered into the ride and tent rental business.
I am a “get it done” kind of guy who can make things happen. I take pride in my business and have worked very hard over the years to provide a living for my family while providing entertainment for yours. I am very proud of our son and his wife and our two daughters. I live in Silverton, Oregon with my wife, Dawn.
